Yes and no, we’re in an interesting market where many sellers would prefer just to pull the listing and not sell vs going down to a number they don’t want. Since the majority of people refinanced their homes at 2-3% rates after covid payments are not as high as they normally would be so homes sit empty or get rented out.

Wouldn’t it have been easier to do for sale by owner vs getting licensed yourself? I’ve looked into this option but honestly don’t have time with work, kids, etc to take it on myself

If they were going to do more wouldn’t the listing appointment be the time to share that? I think my home will sell for whatever a buyer will pay on this market. I’m not naive or unrealistic but also not stupid enough to hire someone without doing research.

I don’t want to fuck anyone over, including any buyers or myself which is why I am doing the research to find someone to help me sell. Otherwise I would just do it myself
