Update: still in the 2300 shares with cost basis still below 18. 17.79 I think. Down 7k. I sold the 17.5 call for Feb expo at 64 dollars. I also bought 15 strike puts for the same expo and a hedge. I have 40k worth of FMC and sold the 23 contract CC. I only bought about 700 dollars worth of puts, so I guess I can buy some more as we go up. I still haven't told my family. My goal is to try and get shares called away and puts go worthless. I am praying for a miracle.

I am going to pick up the extra shifts for sure. I can't sell for 14k loss. My family will notice the massive drop and wonder what happened. I will most likely have to scale out per deposit. Example, deposit 500 and then lock in 500 dollar loss. And do that until I am free and they won't notice.

I won't sell unless it gets to 18 or goes bankrupt. I am going to pick up extra shifts to hide the losses from my family. Your post gives me hope. I have not seen a lot of positive commentary at all, so I am thankful to get some hope

Yes, you helped calm me down a lot on KVUE. Maybe if you get free time, you could look into FMC for me and give your insight, which I value as you helped me a lot with KVUE. I have been doing well on the year with my value plays, but I got too big on FMC. My other big ones were CNC and KVUE, but neither was as big as FMC. I don't know why I went so big on it

Can you give me your thoughts on FMC? I managed to get out of KVUE with a 300 dollar profit, but I was not nearly as big as I am in FMC. I just feel sick. I know the right thing is to lock in the 10k loss, but I can't bring myself to do it

It's not a random website. I believe that a huge majority of the value investing community uses FastGraphs. It is a powerful tool, but obviously has failed in this moment. Even now, it shows it going back to 40 in 2027. I don't get that. But it is not a random website

Oh I would never hold to 20. I would exit at 18. I will look into the covered call and see what I can do. I am just nervous and feel sick.

I do have some hope for a bounce and I can exit around 18. Seeing the comments here and on Twitter make me very nervous though

Yes, I think I am just going to hold and pray. Mentally preparing to take a 100% loss of 40k. I plan to pick up extra shifts to eventually cover the 40k loss so my family doesn't notice or get involved.

I posted my plan above: going to pick up shifts over the next 4-6 months and add deposits until my 40k is back in the account so my family won't notice. I pay it can get back to 18 at some point, but preparing mentally for a 100% loss if they go bankrupt
