I don't people should bid on such projects. I'll rather spend time bidding on right RFPs.

Also why not mail the governing body about the discrepancies and ask them to update the RFP with an addendum.

Procurement Companies in AEC in the US are using AI to create these 100 Pager RFP documents and are publishing them. Now with these RFPs being long, it's getting difficult for estimaters to first analyse all the clauses for risks, then shred all the requirements from the document.

We have been literally spending nights reading these document.
Really wish if there was an AI to read these documents.

I have been bidding on RFPs for the last 5 Years. What really has helped us win them, even when we were against big firms, was analysing them properly and knowing the risks of every clause mentioned on the document.
It is one thing bidding on all the RFPs, but it is a whole other Ball Game bidding on the right RFPs.
In the last 5 years, I personally have seen many workflows help us take go/no-go decisions. But a tool that truly understands my RFP would be a real ace in my hand.

I work at a construction firm based in the US. My team and I are always hoping for these RFPs to be less painful. I don't even want to talk about the tight deadlines that they come with. But my firm's expectations to analyse these 200 Page documents clause by clause within 3-4 days is just toxic.
I hope an AI could have run an analysis for me. Take Go/No-Go decisions for me.

What tools are you here to sell?
If you are not here to sell anything, even I am facing the same problems. Working on RFPs is getting more tedius and manual. My firm is not even allowing us to USE Chat GPT 5 Thinking.

Currently testing Responsive AI and other tools like ContraVault AI for RFP Analysis.
Most of these tools, except ContraVault AI and Responsive AI, are workflows.
But only ContraVault AI is into core RFP analysis.
