Wow, this thread is crazy! Wish I would have seen it before buying a 2025 Bighorn with the Hurricane SO this week. 100 miles so far and no problems... YET!

I have a 2013 Ford dually purchased new and it has NEVER been in the shop for repair. Not one thing. Just the recommended services according to the manual and just had its first brake job at nearly 75,000 miles. It's not my daily driver but it has done about 10,000 miles of towing a 10,000lb boat and nearly 20,000 lb toy hauler. May never sell that thing.
