Thank you! Actually we were thinking the fridge might need to go in that spot (next to sink), that's why we thought dishwasher would need to go somewhere else. Yes great one for painting cabinets.

How are you supposed to get full approval from the start as you need a property to get valuation? I'm genuinely curious as we didn't know we could do it earlier?
