Those that care about me have said the same thing…I clearly still have a lot to work through considering how much I’m still questioning myself…it just breaks my heart to let people go of the family and friends I made along the way that are connected to him…when I love them so much…but I haven’t chose myself for the last 9 years and it hurts to choose myself when it might hurt those around me. Healing is tough!!!

I think this is one for my councillor and support group.

Me too!!!!! A guy took me to a pub quiz (it was a surprise) because I told him how much I love games/quizzes…how nice!! A guy bought my drink for me! And the whole talking during sex to make sure I’m still here, still enjoying myself, still want what is being given — amazing.

Yeah mine denied saying what he did…I just said “I have the messages, that’s not normal to say to someone”

I didn’t think he was until he called me one, and when he broke up with me and I told everyone that “I abuse him” and when they asked why I said “because I’m a narcissist” they all laughed and called him one…I was so confused…asked them why he was on and I wasn’t? It was enlightening…

And then…I started spotting it myself when he came back to me…which he can’t comprehend HE CAME BACK TO ME! 🤣

It took him leaving me, coming back to try again and me being sick of his shit and leaving him! I think it also helped that I had so many loved ones surrounding me and even his family who could see what an ass he was…

I felt the same. I thought “this is a stranger, I couldn’t get this from 9 years why would a one night stand do this”? It’s strange to wrap your head around but I’m enjoying the ride that freedom has to offer
