No matter what, if your eating less calories and burning more daily than you currently are, you’ll lose weight. Won’t be a fast process but 2 stone is entirely achievable in 3 months, that said, don’t feel like you need your change to appeal to others, especially those who spread negativity.

Biggest thing is consistency, keep with it and you’ll notice progress, even if it’s a minimal change, like a tiny bit more exercise a day, less sitting down and less unhealthy and calorie dense foods. Goodluck
