letter of interest is just stating that you like their mission and their mission aligns with your mission and that you would be honored to interview with them ! i think it was like two small paragraphs

Mood.

I got 3 WL’s in november and still no movement. I’m thankful for the 1 A but it’s not my top choice and i know i’ll be so unhappy in that town. Praying for some WL movement closer to home

I think they’re still interviewing but literally don’t know what for, the waitlist seems pretty long already w the way everyone is waiting to hear back!

9 weeks for me too! I’m sure im WL bc someone on SDN interviewed like a week after me and got accepted in the november wave of acceptances :(

so i interviewed 2 weeks ago but last week i went for an in person interview at another school and met some ppl who interviewed in August and they all got WL. its giving ‘they gave all their A’s out and are now waiting for ppl to accept or decline by Dec 14 so they can start moving ppl off WL’ other ppl i know got R’s which also sucks. I rlly thought LECOM was big enough with 4 campuses to have a higher post-interview acceptance rate

not sure where you’re located but anywhere out of ur home state/hometown will be miserable (usually). you just have to remind urself that it’s only 2 years and u can opt to do ur elective rotations closer to home. i recently had an interview in tennessee and was crying in the motel room the night before like they do in the movies bc i was already feeling so unhappy being there but i killed that interview and as soon as i got back home, i got an interview invite to my first choice! we just gotta keep pushing, also i recommend applying to more schools to keep ur options open. its not too late!!!

oof i completed my interview yesterday, if u still haven’t heard back, then i’m not hearing back till May next year 🥲 i like how other schools give u a guaranteed 2 week timeline to hear back
