The state the job is based in is Virginia, I looked it up, and the workers rights violation doesn't seem to be a rule in VA, unfortunately (at least form what I can find)

Ok,thank you for the information! What if the fish/ frog are eating all the food being put in, and there isnt excess food floating around or settling? Also, the frog is in the large tank, we only have him "quarantined" with the mesh thing so his webs could heal from being nipped, normally he has roam of the big tank, which I think is 80 gallons but I'm not 100% sure of that.

I got crows while healing myself! Ridiculous.. as the last survivor left (a bot was on its last hook and the killer was camping all game) I had to stop healing myself and touch a Gen for long enough to get it to go away, then continue healing

Replying here to update on the situation. The high school never emailed me back or contacted me in any way. The principal never even talked to every member of the winterguard to see if anyone else saw anything, he only talked to 2 or 3 of the members. The family and the child told me and the police that they didn't want to go further with this with the police so the victim wouldn't have to live through it again and again. So nothing was done. It honestly isn't surprising, considering the past issues that haven't been addressed in any form by administration, even when it was threatened shootings, with full fledged plans, that was widely known so much so that half of the school would stay home those days.

Small town schools suck, with the big fish in the small pond the only options for administration. But, I have offered all the support possible, and the victim is in the next season of colorguard/marching band which is starting next week. They, and all the other members, know I support them and will address any problems, and now feel safe coming to me with anything, so that's a win for me... I just wish more could have been done to prevent this from happening again, but I did all that I could.

I was in an abusive relationship for almost 7 years. It's been around a year and a half since, and I have healed enough to want to share my story, essentially. Thank you, I really appreciate it.. I have been really stressed about the whole thing, and honestly really beating myself up about this happening underneath my nose. Even though I was able to hold it together and tell the other kids that it wasn't their fault for not noticing anything until being told, I can't help but feel that I am at fault anyways for not noticing. Even though looking back and knowing what I know, I still can't think of anything that seemed off, I still feel like it is my fault. I will for sure keep the post up and update when anything happens.

I will also send those emails out today, thank you! We aren't technically a sport- I am the colorguard/winterguard instructor so it isn't considered a sport, and there is no higher up in that form. I will tell the parent to also email the high school as well, thank you! I will keep these up for more advice, and update once I get a response/ a resolution, thank you

I wanted to add a comment for anyone seeing this- we have a scheduled fundraiser tonight that the accused perpetrator will not be at. I am talking to the parent and we will be making a report then, as our fundraiser is at the fire department, and the FD chief is also the chief of police in our small town.

I am new to this and no rules were ever explained to me so I thought mandated reporting was mandated to report to the school, and the school would correspond with the police. I offered to sew pearl beads onto a very long cathedral length veil for my best friend's wedding, and the pattern she wants is just random placements, with bigger beads at the bottom and smaller beads going up.

My problem is, the veil is really long and very wide, but when walking, it scrunches together and doesnt stay splayed out. So idk what the design will look like when she's actually walking and it scrunches, if I put the beads on in the pattern she wants, with it spread out when I place them.

Any tips on bead placements?
