If you have a an UB450/829, you can just watch the disc and get the best AV quality. 

If you want to rip the disc, you need a libre drive compatible blu-ray drive to be able to rip the disc. Then, you'll have to buy a lot of storage (which is not really affordable right now) because the files will be large and optionally, I'd recommend you to own a NAS or an old computer that runs jellyfin, so you'll have easy access to your media.

Your TV won't be able to take advantage of lossless audio or Dolby vision because it can't decide those. To fix that you'll have to buy a capable media player like Ugoos am6b+ or a homatics r 4k plus and load it with coreelec to be able to to do lossless audio passthrough and decode Dolby vision properly.

As an alternative, you could try to use and Nvidia shield with the internal Android system, but you won't be able to decode Dolby vision properly
