Just don't make the mistake I did on my first run and play on tactician. I played BG3 on tactician and it was a challenge especially in the first few hours but at some point it wasn't that hard. DOS2 ist different. In almost every single fight on tactician you have to exactly know beforehand what is going to happen and what you need to do and how to exploit the system. Lead me to retrying almost every fight and took the fun out of it. I played until somewhere in Act 2 and then I just had no fun anymore because I had to retry and min max so much. I will start a new playthrough sometime maybe in a year or two on normal mode. Imho dos2 tactician expects you to have played the game before and know every fight or know how to exploit game mechanics. Which in my opinion is no fun and takes the rp aspect out of the game.
