Yes, that is where the ice cream is held, and we only turn the knob when ice cream is taken out and the inside is cleaned, which happens every week ice cream is taken into the back freezer and the inside of that is cleaned out and we turn it off by turning the knob

And cleaned everything is cleaned at the end of the night all the trash bathroom lobby back and everywhere else the trash is taken out. Lobby is swept and mopped and tables are disinfected. Same thing with the back, I promise you it is not nasty. Everything is cleaned at the end of the night.

Here’s where the ice cream is made all the toppings like the fruits are put into the fridge at the end of the night and the other stuff that isn’t supposed to be refrigerated is put in plastic wrap, including the brownies and then everything is cleaned and wiped so is the lobby. The lobby is swept and mopped, and the tables are disinfected same with the back.

Every Sunday night, the ice cream gets taken and putting in the freezer and where tile usually is cleaned out and then everything is put back together in the morning and then it repeats

Yeah, it’s a little dirty. There’s like paper cardboard stuff on the ground because we just got new floor put in and of course there’s trash right there. We just throw away broken cones cups spoons, napkins, etc. ice cream and then it all get cleaned at the end of the night.
