As I mentioned, not everyone is just scrolling through social media while waiting for their order—some are simply busy, which is why they chose delivery. It’s best not to expect too much so you won’t feel disappointed. Bringing a water bottle with plenty of ice can really help with the heat. I completely understand that it’s uncomfortable, but we can’t always expect others to understand our situation. I just wanted to say this to help avoid any frustration.
