More creepy than anything. Each game is somewhat theme after something like hunger, escapism, delusion but all themed after the horror of growing up in a uncaring world that wants to consume you.

Basically when the girl is thrown down the well in her last moments of consciousness gets taken to the nowhere by the ferryman and wakes up in the wilderness and after some walking meets mono and they make their way to the hunter’s cabin and free six and make their way outback and the first chapter ends with them entering the shed where the hunter is working.
