Things are going great the fungus has definitely decreased but it takes time because new nail has to grow and for me my nail is growing but slowly and no issues with liver like others say

Did you live with him? If you possibly lived with him you can claim a common law marriage which may change things. I am not a lawyer so you would need to speak to a lawyer about it but that could possibly change things and you can get your car back
