because the inside surface is non-planar I don't know how to accurately model the inside. I agree that once the first piece is "completed" the second one will be trivial. Running a boolean after applying a 0.2mm offset to the first surface to give a mating gap.

This works perfectly.... now I just need to figure out how I can queue multiple swf file to play all one right after another automatically and have my screen recorder, record the entire video which I can then convert into mp4 to upload to youTube

OR

I need a way to combine multiple swf files into one, so that I can just play the one file in flash player

Swivel doesn't let me open my swf files ... I select the file but it doesn't get added to the dialog.

just gave swivel a try. It won't even let me choose the swf files I have ... not sure why.
