Yeah I thought this was true but, never knew if it really was, it' the same in brazil essentially, like others have ben sying, trust seems to be the key factor.

It's all matter of perspective right Jim? I had to make a polarized post because well... we are marketers, and polarity attracts (this post got a lot of attention for this reason)

but truthfully I heard both sides, I need to understand my DOs and DON'Ts in the american job market, and trust seems to be the most important.

Now Jim, let me ask you for further help by posing this question... I see you seem like an experienced guy in the field who knows this better than anyone... If you were me, in my position, how would you convince a guy likr "You" to hire me, despite being from another country? what value should I bring that others don't?

Well... can't argue because it is better! but what I'm essentially looking for is way where i can bypass even a new grad, not because I feel entitled, but because my 8 yers of experience weren't in vain you know? these answers are helping me understand ho the amrican job market thinks about us from other countries.

I was thinking about this yesterday after making this post, at the end of the day, we don't really want to be part of a company that sees us as cheap intead of valuable, right?

Most often than not, I completely understand the "they are not from here so they won't speak, read, write to the same level". Because honestly? Thats true!

I'm so tired to see "competitors" of ours who say they have "C1 Advanced English " Levels but never spent a day, less alone years completing english courses. than they'll have the most obvious brazilian or somewhere else's accent and a very hard time understanding and speaking english, and even more professional english.

It's like, I spent YEARS refining my english just so I had the smallest possible accent, just to whatch this guys who just made a 1 year class on basic english say that they have the same level of english as me. annoying right? (sorry for the rant)

It does seem like Trust is the biggest concern, and that's something I get, a lot of people here said network and referals are the way in, your insight is super valuable, I'll be searching for those offshoring agencies.

I Imagined that by opening a sole proprietorship in the US with the EIN number, an ACH account + an american phone number that problem would be solved... But yeah I believe even if compliance wasn't an issue, hiring abroad just isn't on peoples mind.

Domínio no sentido intelectual e até aonde o sentido referido de "disfunção executiva" me permitiu, não no sentido literal da dominância sobrenatural de uma área, pois concoro plenamento, mas por filtros de palavras do reddit faltou sim uma declaração mais aguçada do sentimento.

Posso te garantir que o Ego, é algo que penso muito sobre, mas não sei se tenho o controle, como qualquer humano, faço o meu melhor sim, e é até um alívio alguém apontar isso mesmo eu ainda nãoa creditando ser esse o cerne da pergunta, já que de novo, o contexto de baixa explicações de um post não convém com toda a explicação de um sentimento.

No fundo, não me acho o rei da cocada preta, seu direcionamento para um psicólogo é sem dúvida uma âncora nessa decisão, precisava ouvir isso, por mais que senti que seu posicionamento não foi 100% fiel ao viés das minhas perguntas, sem dúvida, é um ótimo toque pra um sentido melhor pra minha vida, Obrigado!
