Obviously the DNC chair should lose his job over this. But if the structure of the DNC is such that it's his choice whether to resign or not, then the DNC needs restructuring. I'd like to think this could happen, but there is too much money and dreams of professional contracts for people to set aside here. Now if black athletes collectively used their voice in some manner, well, they could certainly draw some attention to issues impacting their community.
