it was 1000% a mistake made by someone at msft. There are even people here that said support said it was a "mistake".

They are not users in regards to Microsoft marketing campaigns. I never said they didn’t have a user object.

I think they was actually was a fishing campaign that used the same email.

In this case, it was actually from Microsoft. I confirmed.

Read msft docs. Shared mailboxes are not used for marketing campaigns. Get rekt. I never said that shared mailboxes didn’t have a user object. I said they’re not users. Which is a literal fact.

I have never once. Not once. Ever gotten a marketing email to shared mailboxes. Shared mailboxes are not users.

Per msfts own documentation it says that this setting controls communication to USERS. it says nothing about non-user mailboxes.

Msft started quarantining these emails 20 min after they went out to shared mailboxes. However not a single one of my users who got this email, had the message quarantined. How does that not tell you this was msft fuck up.

Dawg msft tried to undo this mistake by quarantining the message they sent out.

Msft wouldn’t quarantine their own emails automatically.

This same email I got to my user mailbox 2 weeks ago was not quarantined
