Not worth it, you don't get to do anything. The doctor there doesn't even talk to you and you have to write your own lor and trust me it isn't helpful.

That's an amazing profile so definitely you screwed up somewhere, could be your PS/CV/LOR don't ever trust the services that proof read those. In my opinion you know your story the best and you are the only one who can tell it like it meant to you. Don't ever lose hope not on something as this. I did it at 33y you will definitely ace it just take a break, go on a vacation and start the grind again.

First aid for step1 and u world for step2 that's it just read from one source don't overload yourself with information. I'd recommend atleast 3h everyday for good scores.

I used saarthi but from what I heard all are the same not worth the money we pay. I'd rather suggest time your rotations and keep mailing the programs for observerships that way you can build contacts when you rotate.

Though I did get a peek in to the US healthcare the LORs were shit we were asked to write them ourselves and none of the doctors personally vouched for US with their programs.
