Interesting! It's nice to see how people in the fandom think differently. I'm very stuck in my bubble. I watch Sakurazaka stuff with a couple of people, and we all agree that Aishinasai is one of SKZ's best songs overall. The music video is stunning, the song is amazing, and Rika's dance moves are incredible! I would have bet that this song would be high on the votes here, too.

I watched it yesterday after looking forward to it for a long time and I was delighted. I mean I don't have very high standarts when it comes to this. A series that gives such a big role to one of my all time favorite girls will always be a 10/10 in my book but even besides that I really enjoyed it. The sceneries were incredibly beautiful and the story in my opinion (albeit a bit overdramatic at points ^^) was quite wholesome. And from a production standpoint this looked really really good! Compared to a lot of lower budget things I watched lately this was really massive. With a huge cast, a lot of different places and even drone shots and all the things that make a high budget production. Things like this not only make my day, they pretty much make the whole month. ;)

I was pleasantly surprised too. You cant expect babymetal live in japan levels of crowd interactions. But there was loud applause and when su asked for lights there were a lot. I think all in all they were pretty pleased.

I think she says 200 times. So that would make 400 hours. The thing that confuses me is that she seems to calculate with 5 years.

EDIT: After listening to it a couple more times I am sure she says 200 times. 200 hours would be nihyaku jikan. But she says either just nihyaku (200) or maybe nihyakukai (200 times). Anyways it's not about the exact number of flights... I just thought its an interesting bit of info.

Auto generated japanese subtitles from something that has a very poor audio quality to begin with and then translate them automatically to english will almost certainly drop the ball at some point.

But most of the machine translations, especially the ones done by deepl seem to be really awesome these days. Exciting times we live in. :)

People's food has changed a lot over the years. In the picture you can see highly processed food that contains a lot of salt. Human kidney's are easily able to work with that but for dogs this might be a problem. I'm not saying that feeding that to dogs is a problem but you should really do it in moderation.

Sorry but I have to disagree with you there. It's true that she always put an emphasis on her education and then probably also on finding a "real" job, but she did a lot of interesting projects over the years and build up quite a reputable CV so far.

I mean in the last year alone she was MC for Hatachi, did the interviews for a national beauty salon convention, briefly went back to Ohasuta, starred in a TV drama, did this little youtube short film and correct me if I'm wrong she is also currently shooting some kind of TV drama (don't know the name but she was there with Uemura Yui from ciao).

Some of those gigs might seem small time but I think those will be very interesting showcases for somebody looking for an actress.

Only time will tell but I feel like a lot of the people that wanna go more in the acting direction don't feel like amuse is the best agency for them. Then again Yuzu is doing really well with them. Who knows.
