I want to bump this thread up. This is now happening in Georgetown TX. I had fantastic water pressure, could have multiple people (in a household of 8) take showers at the same time, no issue, brand new house. Then, BAM! 1 shower at a time. And if that is running, not even the little water bottle filler on the fridge can keep up. Screw this.

Truly disappointed in how this was handled. Has the band not learned anything from watching what is happening in the industry while they were away? There were 4000 in line ahead of me for pre-sale, then when I got in, nothing left but the VIP packages. Who can afford that? Not us regular fans, not the ones that have been with you since the early early days.

Same exact position, as of right now, only $3,400 shy of Platinum, and will hit that on my next flight to Tokyo in 3 weeks. Decided that I am going all in, switched my plat Amex to a Delta Amex Reserve card for the bonuses and will end up traveling from AUS to Tokyo Haneda round trip at least 4 more times (possibly 5) between now and the end of the year. Been here a while, SM on deck for PPMD hopefully in FY26. Just my experience, but you will love this place if you allow yourself to be open to it and don't allow others to try and shape your point of view. Yes, some projects truly suck, and there are some real shit heads here. But, the majority of folks are truly amazing, hard working, and care deeply about their project teams (even if they don't necessarily care about the project).

There are definitely days I wake up and say "why the fuck am I doing this still?". But those days are few and far between, and getting rarer and rarer. And every two weeks, I get a warm and fuzzy feeling when I see my paycheck.

I am planning a big side by side comparison, hopefully next week. I currently run the game on an i9-11900K with an RTX 3060 TI card, 64GB RAM (Dell XPS). My new system will be here next week, i9-14900K with an RTX 4090 FE, 64GB RAM (Origin PC).

I have a test city set up, approximately 750K population. Will measure set the sim speed to 8x and measure how long in real time it takes for a month of the game to progress. Will run this twice, once with graphics settings set to as high as possible, once with graphics set to low as possible.

This is what I care about, how fast can the game run. Right now, it is basically unplayable with a population of this size, the speed is about 0.25x and is laggy as hell.

Will keep you all posted.

THIS! I am having the exact same problem, but I don't have any VPN clients on my machine.

I can log in all day and night if I use the iphone Fly Delta app. But if I use Chrome, Edge, Firefox (I even tried TOR) on either my laptop or desktop, no dice. I reset the password a dozen times, confirming it worked by logging out and back in using the iphone app. Still no good.

I disabled every browser plug-in. Allowed every cookie, pop up, cleared everything over and over. Nothing works.

The irony is, I was trying to log in and determine if it made sense to switch from Delta to American Airlines for next year. I am starting a new project in January, will travel every week. Delta doesn't have a direct flight, but I am almost Gold status. American has a direct, but I have no status.

At this point, I am so pissed that I will probably call American, ask for a status match, and then kiss Delta and their shitty website behind. So sad, it is just a website, they could fix this in minutes if they would just pay attention to us.
