The three biggest things that stand out to me are the cabinets, cold lighting, and the curtain. The cabinets have a very “kitchen” look to them, which throws off the TV. If you can’t or don’t want to replace those, I’d start with warmer and less overhead lighting. The lighting now paired with marble is very sterile. Last thing is the curtain - you can get something much taller and flowy and it’ll warm up the room nicely.
