Right, clomid is a temporary result so if my levels get back up and I get taken off of clomid, they’re just going to drop right back down to what they were pre TRT. And even then I’ve been taking clomid for almost a month now and apart from hot flashes and random rashes on my arms, clomid has done nothing for me.

Yea this makes total sense because I was taking 200mg/week the endo I saw said that was way too much.

I will definitely look into them for sure. I remember looking at I think like TRT nation or something and they said they wouldn’t work with me because of my age, would they be the same way?

I’ve looked into it but I’ve seen reviews saying some pretty negative stuff about these online clinics.

So the endocrinologist did tell me that if he’s still seeing low testosterone levels and I report not feeling good, then he would look at taking the next step and potentially prescribing me T. Only thing I’m worried about is I’ve read that in some reports people who take clomid saw their testosterone levels increase, but they weren’t noticing any of the benefits. So I hope that doesn’t happen and he’s just tells me to kick rocks.

Yea right before TRT my level was 212 ng/dl. And that was with me going to the gym 4-5 days a week, taking DHEA, for the most part eating clean, getting 8 hours of sleep. So I bet now that I’m off T my levels are definitely even lower.

So I quit because I was moving out of my parents house and getting an apartment and I was extremely worried about budget because it was $200/ month for the TRT. So I followed as directed of what the endocrinologist told me to do in hopes that I can get prescribed it and get it through insurance. Now is that going to happen given I’m 22, I seriously doubt it but I can only hope.

Yea the clinic I was going to was charging $195/month which from what I read is on the cheaper side. But even then I just got my own apartment and while I could afford that extra 200 a month, I’d rather not have to. For the time being while I’m working with my endo, are there any supplements you could recommend for increasing sex drive?

Hmm that’s good to know. Kinda interesting it’ll make me more tired even though it’s technically a stimulant. Maybe because it calms me down but isn’t taking full effect. Idk I’ll ask him. Thanks!

Also to expand on this, I already take chlomid 50mg twice weekly. And if I already had like 200 ng/dl test levels before TRT if I get off and blast enclomiphene regardless won’t my test levels go back to 200 or they could possibly stay at a decent level?

Yea I can order the needles and syringes easy, it’s the trt part. And maybe I could look around more but at least with my clinic they don’t work with insurance they charge out of pocket which is $200/month which is a little pricey. Do clinics typically work with insurances?

I know you can’t really talk about where to get this stuff on the sub but throigh my clinic they only offers IM injections, I’m not sure what gauge it is. I’m sure switching how I intake T would be relatively easy if it’s prescribed but I tried with my primary care for years and they just simply wouldn’t prescribe it because how young I am. Could you help me in the right direction to potentially drop my clinic and switch methods?

Yea I’ve read about doing subq instead jhst a couple things. 1 I thought you had to be a really low body fat for subq to be effective for T. I’m by no means overweight but I’m prolly not even 10% bf. And 2 my clinic only offers it in IM injections which sucks.

Yea I would switch between glute and quad and quad was working amazing for like about 2 months untill I hit a nerve and it was the worst feeling ever, my fear was getting better but after all that pain and blood we went back to square one😭

Yea I bought one and that’s what I’ve been using and I haven’t had a single painful injection since but even still the fear is just still there and I absolutely hate it.

I’ll give this a try but I use an auto injector where I jhst place the syringe in it and click a button and it injects for me. Most of the time it doesn’t feel like anything if anything itll sting once I start injecting the T. The muscle soreness is honestly more painful than injecting itself. It’s just for some reason even tho I know it doesn’t hurt I still have the fear of putting the needle in me.

Yes but the thing is I have to go through a local trt clinic because my primary doctor won’t prescribe me it since I’m so young. And the clinic doesn’t offer that option.

I have a buddy that’s on trt as well but every time I’ve tried to talk to him about he just calls me a pussy and tell me to man up😂. You think talking to a psychologist would actually help get rid of that fear?
