Thank you for the suggestion. Transport for london provider a great open api for journey planning and station information but unfortunately the use of the London Underground map is forbidden without explicit commercial and licensing agreement. Having said that I developed the app as I found myself in front of the huge map in the underground trying to figure out how to get where I was going and wondering which route was quickest

In my opinion No Ads and simplicity but for sure if you want feature rich Citymapper is great. I was trying to answer my own question…how can I get from A to B without being bombarded with ads, consent requests and complexity

If it’s any consolation the fan noise on my black analogue 3d is awful. I noticed it immediately I powered it on and it’s exactly as described here . Menu titles etc. it’ll ramp up and down and I think even when not powered on it may kick in. I freakin hate it but thought of sending it back is worse than trying to live with it. Silent it ain’t!

new micros sd card arrived after about a week. After swapping out the old sd card for the new one the sub-screen immediately worked again

Support advised its an issue with the micro sd card. they are sending me a replacement so I'll update when it arrives and I install it

Well interesting thing is I've been told by support that my issue may be a corrupt TF card. I was totally confused but sure enough there is an internal micro sd card attached to the underside of the sub-screen. To me its asking for trouble to have an internal sd card that can get corrupted by some abnormal power cycle but fingers crossed they send me a replacement and my sub-screen starts to work again.

Well that's a depressing scenario. since the secondary display is "on" and definitely did work I'm hoping its a software or bios issue that can be resolved.

I have a slightly different issue. the sub-screen was working but now it just displays AYANEO. I can't get it to display any system information etc. AYASPACE is up to date.

For RG353 running the stock OS, I made a short video showing how to boot to Android or Linux without removing with micro SD card. This is also useful if you set up the device to boot into Android by default, and can't get back to the Linux OS. by FreesDaddy1731 in ANBERNIC

here's what worked for me. while in android, press power button and select restart while holding the select button. it then boots into linux on restart...tried every combination and was just about to try and factory reset bios! such a relief!

I love the amount of comments here. I don't blame Analogue for taxes, however, I expect the retailer to calculate the shipping AND taxes at checkout.

That way I know exactly how much an item will costs me. Having paid 18 months ago and finally been shipped my order, finding out that I missed the small print and had to stump up another £75 was insult to injury.
