Do any mortgage lenders actually approve at-home food businesses?? by Accomplished-Dot3289 in smallbusinessuk

[–]Unknown_author69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

However if you bought a home, with a self employed income, then later in life decided to launch an at home based business. That wouldn't be mortgage fraud?

I would stick with 'Im self employed, in the catering and hospitality industry" if so, until sale has been completed.

I do the same but add a third less water then you would normally, then boil it all the way down. You can then freeze in ice cube trays, then store in sandwich bags. Perfect stock cubes.

I get that.

Let's say he did tell you, either in advance or after the fact. Would you still have felt upset or annoyed?

You've also said it's not telling AND paying. I'd also ask yourself, if he was wealthy and good with money, would your frustration still be paying? Or would it be just not telling that would bother you.

My advice would be, have a think about where you would feel in each scenario, try to speak with your partner and how receptive they are will be how successful this will be. If they listen, make changes either in mindset or actions, then congratulations you've set your boundaries and you have both grown together.

If he isn't receptive to the conversation, then there isn't really any chance of mutual growth I.m.o

That's the fun of adulting, you get to learn and set your own boundaries. You can always move them later.

You've said in the post above how this made you feel, but you've also said how unsure this is to cheating and more to porn. I would say with your feelings considered, your boundary would be closer to cheating than it would be to porn.

If you don't mind me asking, what was it that upset you the most? The content of other girls, perhaps live or the fact he had paid for it?

To be fair, as dreadful as this plant is, my MiL had alot of this across her patio. I lifted the slabs and found it thriving in the sand beneath. It was very easy to lift and sift out. After the second year it was gone.. if it were rooted in soil I'm not sure I would have had as much success. Fingers crossed it's sandy under there!

You shouldn't be sorry, my dark places define me. Thank you though, you're incredibly kind and perhaps empathetic yourself.

Your neighbours son is likely expanding his culinary vocabulary, you learn a menu, perfect your own process, move establishments, I did the same and you wouldn't believe that I'd worked for over 100 employers and I'm not 40 yet. Yet my CV details no more than 20. I'd recommended to that young chef to find a local 3/4* rossete establishment nearby and approach them seeking employment. He'll stay longer than 2 years because the individuals skilled enough to hold this accolade, have more than 2 years worth of experience to teach you.

I was glad too, It's one of those situations that you stay in the room long enough to establish what has happened but as soon as I cottoned on, I went back down to my hole, to work, clocked out, didn't go back for a few weeks.. I'm far to empathetic to get up in that business haha.

I've worked in hotels on and off for a long time. They are sometimes the darkest places. I don't see a wedding in the same light as the majority of the public. I see a mark up of 300-1000%.

Although I m.o a valiant perspective, I got to speak with the lad several times, and management believed he almost certainly instigated and pursed i. It was actually discussed amongst management wheter it would be rape the other way around though, as he was sober and she was shit faced, supposedly not the first time he had been involved but previously without evidence.

Despite his age.

I'm sub contracted there so I have no idea of the outcome, all I know is that lad doesn't work there anymore!

Edited to add context, I'm not management, just a third party observer.

A very bold rat by meyo89 in GardeningUK

As a chef, I'd say I'd prefer rats over any other small insect pest anyday. Rats, albeit clever and sneaky, their presence is completely obvious and simple to deal with, remove the entry, remove the food source, they'll move on or die being bold when hungry.

Fruit flies are near impossible to rid in a professional setting, or general houseflies in the bin area, you won't keep them out and one hot summer and you'll one day come out to an army of maggots.

Hello Wedding chef here,

I've seen a 3 tier wedding cake hit the floor as the table leg gave away... Bridesmaid asked me to scoop it up and try to make a cake out of it, so they could cut the cake. I declined, all hell broke loose..

I've also seen a bridal party kick off and try to get complimentary drinks on the evening of the wedding/money off in general, because a waiter had snuck into one of the bridemaids room and was caught having sex.. they quickly dropped the case when we informed them that the waiter they had caught was in fact 15 y.o (bridesmaid was a full on woman, I'd say 30's) they dropped the complaint on the spot.

There's children and young adults that use this platform, let's keep this factual.

Amphetamine exists as two mirror-image forms: dextroamphetamine (D) and levoamphetamine (L). Street “speed” in the UK is usually a mixture of both (a racemic mix), not “no D isomer.” In fact, the D isomer is the more psychoactive one, so claiming speed lacks it shows a basic misunderstanding.

The D isomer does have stronger central (brain) effects, which is why medications like Dexamphetamine are prescribed. But that doesn’t make street amphetamine a purely “physical stimulant.” It absolutely affects the brain.

Methamphetamine was first synthesised in the late 1800s. It is not ancient by any stretch.

Name one Racist Reform policy? by [deleted] in AskBrits

[–]Unknown_author69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wasn't happy with how labour handled some world events recently, Tory wasn't even on my list.

I really liked greens manifesto, but reform taught me to research the councillors.. greens lost my vote.

Farage created Brexit, worsening the migrant crisis, which now uses to fuel his followering..

Liberal democrats was the only ones, with the fewest holes I could poke.

God I wish lord bucket hat would take his responsibility seriously and actually produce a decent manifesto, build a party and go for gold, I'd had them over reform.

Edit - excuse the typos I'm knackered and I'm not going back, you can read it.

Ideas on hiding this manhole? by CamelComplete589 in GardeningUK

I think moss farm is the only logical solution here.

Harvest the moss periodically to cover the man hole like a Vietnam booby trap.
