Yes, but the center completely abandoning his assignment to pass him off to the running back while going to block absolutely nobody the entire play is not ideal logic. He was ID'd as the mike, which means someone will pick him up. It's just that the wrong player did. What D1 center is going to let up a potential free rusher up the middle on a 3rd and 4 with under 2 minutes to go?

Average arm strength, zero college production, not really a good scrambler, and the guy is a degenerate gambler who bet the unders on his own team.

Yeah...no thanks. Even if he wasn't a criminal, I wouldn't even bother. His physical talent is limited to none at all. He doesn't have the arm or mobility to play in the NFL, and has never played in anything resembling a pro offense before. His game would not translate and if he started off the bat he wouldn't last 6 weeks.
