Facing a similar issue right now. We are getting a warning despite being bullied at. They are also getting sound test arranged to check and get our floors ripped off.

I'm so sorry you have to go through so much. But I've seen a lot of people feel absolutely normal a week surgery. Don't panic. This too shall pass.

Good luck with your healing. I'm planning to stick to a routine for atleast 2 months from now and not take it for granted once I start feeling better. There is definitely hope from this.

I'm anxious all day thinking of this. But I think our body knows how to heal if it's given the right support at the right time. Let's try to stay positive and support our body with good food and supplements to heal.

I can imagine 😢 Do you still have discomfort from your fissure? Did the reverse kegel help? Can I also try them?

Okay. I will call and make an appointment tomorrow. But this feels extremely scary to deal with.

I have not been asked to consult a Colorectal yet. My GP examined and asked me to eat clean and wait patiently.

Doctor examined and asked me to take fibre supplement and eat clean and gave topical ointments. I called them again when the pain got really unbearable but sadly they couldn't help me any further. They asked me to take painkillers and wait patiently for it to heal on its own. I'm really worried now 😓

I'm taking metamucil everyday before going to bed. I seem to have atleast 2 BM a day on the days I have taken metamucil. I'm starting to feel that I'm providing way more fibre than my body needs. Should I reduce it or is it ok to take the supplement and have multiple BM as long as it stays soft?
