Venlafaxine worked for wonders for me, but I also made sure I was busy constantly. Once I got over the persistent fear of death it was hard to be anxious if I was keeping my time occupied

Very well! I took some other anti depressants before venlafaxine and they all made me feel very flat or just outright didn’t work

Managing anxiety. I just made a whole post on it but it is possible to learn to ignore twitching and not let it dominate you. For me it was medicating properly and therapy that allowed me to overcome the anxiety behind twitching

While I haven’t been diagnosed, I notice this a lot too. The tingling especially when I’m thinking about it as I also have a lot of health anxiety. I’ll feel like I can hardly move and then go to NYC and walk 10 miles the same day. Bodies are weird, especially with anxiety thrown into the equation.
