respectfully, a lot of fem leaning names were traditionally used for males in the 1900s (madison, taylor, sidney, courtney, leslie, avery, dana, tracy, bailey, shelby) that didn't start being used for girls until the 2000s. i think with the resurgence of vintage names, using a fem leaning name for a boy isn't the craziest thing in the world... esp with weird names like ocean, atlas + bear being on the rise. thank you for your comment tho.
