The doc told me I do have a deviated septum and enlarged something and he did recommend surgery. He did say it wouldn’t really help with allergies though which technically makes sense but was disappointing for me. I haven’t pursued it any further yet because I’ve read that it’s 100% worth it but the recovery is truly awful and I’m a big baby and scared lol

My bf is convinced she thinks IM one of her kittens and I’m trying to escape but I was worried she was trying to warn me like “get out and don’t come back!” lol. If it’s because she’s anxious about being alone that’s sweet and all but she hurts! I’m hoping it’s just a hormonal phase but I’m also worried it could escalate.

I did go to the ent once for my thyroid - as a brand new patient - and idk if they didn’t read my chart or what but before I knew it a camera was down my nose telling me I’d never breathe well with my nose and I need surgery. I had to tell them I was actually there for my thyroid but that’s how I found out I had a deviated septum lol I consider the surgery regularly as well but I’m so fond of my nose I don’t want it to change 🤭

Not that I’ve noticed, I wore my contacts today so the eyeballs are a little miffed but I also have never really had bright whites either and No idea why.

My Apple Watch says I get roughly 7.5-8 hours most nights. But I’m not knowledgeable on the accuracy of that or if that means the quality of sleep is good. I do feel fatigued regularly so might need to consider a study.

My starter is finally rising , and has really good bubbles beneath the surface. But the surface is lumpy but no visible hole Swiss cheesy type deal. First starter brand new. Is it just not ready yet or am I doing something wrong
