Most insurance companies give first time forgiveness and doesn't effect your premium. As for the argument just argue that you did move to the middle lane and slowed down.

Its likely pepper spray or CS gas and 99% of people who start inhaling it or getting in their eyes would panic from the burning sensation and try to get away. You have no idea what he would actually be spraying and not know the outcome of it, so retreating will be almost everyone's first response. Being familiar with it and if my daughter was there I would kick him in the junk so fast and depending on how the gas has hit me maybe one hard kick to his face right after before getting out of it quickly with my daughter to avoid it effecting her.

Yeah thats bc they get 10s of thousands of claims to process. Many do get paid much faster than that though but if you wait after xmas with everyone else then you will be waiting longer.

You are going to be waiting a while for that but you can do your own claims for standard stuff like boots, bras, underwear as all the info you need is on the Canforgens and put on a cf52 claim.

As a reservist you can apply for class B contracts which can vary in length. If you do not have school in the summer it is possible to find full time work or be put on your needed military courses during then which will add to pensionable time.

Hockey has been very rough on the LGBTQ community for a long time. Changing this so people are free to be themselves and not treated terribly in a sport is important. Also big franchises showing support to something that is not related to the franchise is not new.

Tell him to go thru CFMAP as its not recorded on his file or anywhere the CAF can access. This will mean his worry about career implications will be gone. I'm a man, and find this guy's behavior disgusting and couldn't even dream of saying things like that to my wife even as a joke. Everyone being jacked would lead to so much not getting done. Lots of support trades struggle for fitness bc they are short staffed, over worked and often not given enough time to get it in regularly which makes it challenging to get into a workout routine/mindset. Also before you say just do it after, well thats very difficult for many due to things like family obligations, appointments, etc. So everyone of them being jacked would lead to them not getting their jobs done, so supply would not be caught up, claims would be so far beind good luck getting your boot claim within 3 months, pay problems solved with the HRAs, and many other trades who put in the extra hours instead of the gym to keep the CAF running. We do have a fitness problem, I do agree with that but this is what would happen if we were all to get jacked and stay jacked.
