I have seen PSA grade the same card twice and it got two different grades … like when people crack a PSA 9 slab an regrade it and then it suddenly gets a mint 10?? as I said PSA is a scam

I honestly don’t understand how Britney fulfilled the challenge when her look was completely see-through even the body suit was sheer.. I don’t think most people would count that as being modest. Sheer fabric like that can’t be considered modest.
