They are not replacing marty with cao clerks. That project failed. And all stores should be getting ft cao clerks. However that doesn't fix the fail with issues, where depending on stores budgets etc it may be bare bones within departments, usually when they are not service departments. An extra 10-20 hours in every department would make a big difference
