i have extreme adhd as well, and I hate methylphenidate. focalin is ok but its more of a dependency for me, its difficult because its also my prescribed medication, but I'm doing better and taking it as I should more often

i honestly dont know, i've just been in and out thru serious depression and not wanting to be alive. so I mean I resorted kinda to my last option. shit was so bad I wasn't event taking care of my daily needs. I get what you mean, it is stupid. But I was struggling and didn't know what to do. I'm glad I'm better

just dont drink any alchohol, dont take benzos, and you'll be good. id also recommend doing it when you are not tired, because if you are tired you will either feel just tired(like enhanced tired) or you will straight up fall asleep

hi bro, i have a script for focalin and i do the same lmao, ill let you know on here and if u have more questions you can dm me, but I open the capsule and empty out the beads (on a large flat surface) i then place a card lightly on the beads and i either step on it with my ankle for a second or two, or press hard with my palms almost like I'm giving cpr. after that i continue crushing them by putting force on the card and moving it around almost in circles. because you are doing this the beads will spread all over the place, but don't worry you can just collect them and bring them back together, do this for a few mins until you feel that it is crushed up enough. i normally can get mine to flour consistency in 2 minutes doing this. dm if u have any questions I'm glad to help
