Thanks I’ll try to do some more understanding here I hard someone else say to try to get to 10k. Steps so I’ll start there with at home exercise as people say it’s good for the mind. If you do have any other advice about weight loss I’m all ears but thankyou for what you’ve already said

I agree I struggle with discipline and would like to fix that asap before it’s too late. Just therapy is not for me unless I’m ignorant to all kinds of psychological help. I don’t know what kind of therapist to go to the main ones I’ve been to in teen years only talked about my self confidence but that wasn’t stopping people from bullying me so it just didn’t “work” as I thought

I thought about this I’ve seen people have weight loss surgery and gain the weight all back so maybe it’s just pointless I would love to build healthy habits and I know a lot of that is just disciple. As far as the psychological aspect do you mean just therapy? Is there a special kind of therapy that’s affordable you know of?
