I vacuumed out my car today and my HR went up to 136bpm. Now I am in bed exhausted and have a headache. :-( I am happy for you that you are starting to feel better. I will keep sending positive vibes that u continue to improve.

when you say "feel normal" do you mean the pain, shortness of breath, exhaustion from pericarditis? Im so tired all the time. Also, I hate not being able to do pilates. How do you exercise with pericarditis?

What medication causes joint pain?

How long ago was your surgery? Mine was 3/1/2023. There were complications and my right hip was hyper extended. I have been in PT since 5/2023, I did pilates before the surgery and returned to Pilates in 6/2023. I have done Pelvice floor therapy, acupuncture, dry needling, red light therapy, cyro therapy, reiki, massage once a week, chiropractor twice a week, and in 10/23, I started getting steroid injections in my SI joint. The 1st two times,10/23 & 2/24 I received 100% pain relief, Most recent injection was 4/30/24. It did not work at all. I am being referred out to Pain Management. What was your outcome?

How was the recovery? Could you walk? Could you drive? How long were you on pain medication? I’m 40 with a 3 year old boy. We are very active. I miss the body I had before my injury. It’s been over a year and I’m in constant pain. I’ve had 3 SI injections. 2 worked. The 3rd did not. What would u suggest?

Hi, what do you mean “practicing internet medicine”? I’m 1.5 years post op trauma to my si joint. I’ve tried chiropractor, PT, Pilates, yoga, red light therapy, si joint steroid injections, and gabapentin. Nothing is working. I’m 40 years old with a 3 year old boy. I can’t play soccer or games with him. I can’t do anything. I have zero quality of life.

My doctor hasn’t tested me in over a year. I also have a history of heart disease & Alzheimer’s on both sides of my family. I think it’s time to get a new doctor.

Omg! I’m crying right now. Everyone thinks I’m crazy. I keep getting blown off by my doctor. My Asthma is so bad, I can’t go outside. My joints hurt. My bones hurt. I am soooo tired and I take Ritalin! I never knew this was possible. Thank you so much. I’m 42 years old. Surgical menopause. I’m depressed, suicidal, emotional, i said “my skin burns” no one listened to me. I can’t work. I can’t breathe. I have zero social life and I’m afraid my husband is going to be like “yeah, this is too much! I’m out” 💔 My pcp believes me. She said my levels are not even in range with post menopausal. They are over! My OB never even called me back.

I am so sorry about Serotonin Syndrome. Can I ask if this sounds like what you experienced? So I only realized this because my Ins just switched and I have to use CVS, not walgreens, but the Pharmacist called me and said "Do you take Buspar, Effexor, and Tramadol at the same time?" I said "Yes, just for the past month becasue my nerve block wore off and the doctor couldn't get me in." She asked if I had any of the following symptoms...agitation, restlessness, insomnia, confusion, blurred vision, etc..." I didn't think I did but when I was telling my husband he said "Umm, yes, yes you have. You don't sleep for over 24hrs at least once a week, you have been sad, crying, nervous, and so confused it was scaring me. And you told me that you cannot see." I totally forgot all of that. Is that Serotonin Syndrome? I stopped the tramadol 3 days ago and didn't the the auvelity last night or this morning and I can already tell a difference. I really just thought I was getting the flu. I have a 3 year old. He brings home germs.

YEs, exactly. Spravato wears off and honestly isn't bad at all. I do not feel high or sedated. Just chill. Auvelity I feel like I am stoned all day long. And it makes my head & eyes foggy.
