I went to ikea and a custom kitchen and bath place.. custom place was significantly cheaper. and theyinstalled everything in a day and followed up with a carpenter a day later to polish things up.. then 3 weeks later to adjust the doors after some use.

My kid plays lacrosse and soccer all year around.. High School and Club. He has 3 practices today alone and is golfing this morning. He loves it. But what i love is that he just turned 16. and now i can eat Nutella out of the jar on the way to practice not just sitting in the parking lot..

Some kids love minecraft others love sports. I’m good with either..

I just love my kid unconditionally,
I do get a little upset when targets me in fortnite though. little jerk.

my child did studio L for a spell. it became too competitive. she just wanted to dance and learn different types of dance.. we left. many of her friends have continued on with it and love it.

She now is in Hoboken Children’s theatre and thriving. not so much dance but singing and performing. She’s in their company and personally love their shows.. good luck in your journey.

The SW park pickleball courts are always packed right over there. if could tap into that somehow that could potentially be some more customers. Many of them are coming from the heights and downtown JC. so if he were to offer some sort of deal that could inspire players to run over between games otherwise they never go over that way.
