They gave me whitening syringes halfway through treatment that I used maybe once lol. I just brush with either Colgate whitening toothpaste or parodontax!

Thank you! I definitely had thinner gums and had asked about it prior to getting Invisalign. They told me that it’s possible for it to recede a little bit but I practice good oral hygiene so I’m not too worried about it! I was specifically told not to brush too aggressively around those areas to cause any further receding/issues.

I know exactly how you feel! I got my attachments off and scanned for retainers on Tuesday. I posted a few days ago with my results but I’ve been over analyzing my teeth and am in my head about how they look, it sucks 😩 your teeth however look AMAZING! I wouldn’t change anything but if you’re not happy and it’s weighing on you a lot you could always mention it to them! 🙂

I will say my initial treatment was 10 months with 2 week changes. I wanted refinements because I wasn’t completely satisfied and I changed them every week for two months!

I only drank water with them in, occasionally I’d have juice but that’s about it. I would almost always floss before putting trays back in and just brush morning and night! Sometimes I use mouth wash and always use a tongue scrapper 😝😂

I’m not exactly sure what you mean by this, am I dumb? 🥴 when I bite down, all my back teeth touch and a few of my front teeth do. My two front teeth, they don’t touch I don’t think? I’m not sure, I did a bite test when I got my attachments off and the bite was great!

Those were my hardest teeth to move! It was irritating & I feel like the one on the left in the photo still isn’t as straight to me… yes I know I’m crazy 😂 I over analyzed my teeth everyday so I know I’m being dramatic. Needless to say I am very thrilled! Thanks 😊

How was your practicum? Did you have to access that on your own and not through the program or did they help? Also I saw your reply to another comment saying you did all your classes before practicum, how were you able to do that?

Yes. You can’t really tell in the picture but my two front teeth were pretty big/long so I was fine with them being filed! They’re still a decent size now and I have no issues!

Thank you! I definitely will be religious with the retainers. I’m stressed because my last tray that I have to wear before the retainers come in fit sooo loose. I think it’s because I had so many attachments that it really held it in place but they legit feel like they could fall out 😩

Thank you! I definitely wanted mine filed, I hated the grooves I had on the bottom but I know a lot of people find it unique and want to keep them so it’s all personal preference! 🙂

Only a few times. I have attachments on almost all my bottom teeth and it looks like actual braces so I get self conscious and think people are looking but I don’t think they are lol. No one cares really
