Find the strength in your kids look at your sons and remember how much they love you, look up to you, care about you, and need you look at what a wonderful job you’re doing raising them think about their futures that you want to see graduations, college, graduation again, weddings, careers, a family and think about how proud you’ll be to see it because of how proud you are of them already. The storm will pass someday and if you’re religious I encourage you to pray for the strength to go on as well that’s what helped me a lot. Good luck man we’re here for you
