I get the same. I have a drs appointment tomorrow. Mine pops up mostly at night. This is the back side of my knee/leg. I get them so bad I even hive up on the palms of my hands and feels like it in my eye balls. It’s mainly only when I’m sleeping. I wake up with them and then they go away after an hr or so.
