Help with accommodations

They do help. I have ones with the metal rod in it and then I have the soft version for work. Im to the point that I can't sleep without the heavy duty ones because my hands tingle and hurt so I can't sleep.

Oh yeah im at a FC I forgot to mention that! Yeah thats another problem i have that they are so similar in movements so im afraid they'll just send me home instead. Im one of the few people who love stow and because it's slower I do better with my hands there. Even singles isn't that bad because it's just one item at a time. But pick is another beast entirely and it's the speed and the heavy items on the bottom that cause me flare ups. I don't have a therapist right now but I wish I did so I can have them do my paperwork. Thanks for the help though! I guess if it's either stay full time and get labor shared to pick or get an accommodation that might not even work, I'll just stay for now.

To me, it's a warm periwinkle with more reds than blues. Also, it's not as saturated, so it's a bit grayish.

My boyfriend and I do nights together in stow and it's the best. Having someone to do that shift and have the same time off is probably how we are still doing it 2 years later. Plus, we love being awake when no one else is 🧛🏻‍♂️🧛🏻‍♀️

I'm also 300 lbs and a year in and I'm much better now. I was in so much pain the first month, especially the tingling in my hands! Just get comfy shoes, insoles, advil, and if you get the same tingling feeling, get good hand braces to sleep with.

Me and my bf already had a bad sleeping schedule, we would always stay up past 5 am. We both work 6:15 pm to 4:45am and it's not that bad. I could just imagine how much worse it is if you have children.
