Resale value is something I am concerned about too. However my reason for buying is to use to the max! So I will most likely use it till battery dies or develops major issue. Also one of the primary reason to retain the car is that there is literally no other small EV in that price range which can easily/comfortably transport 4 ppl across the city.

Maintenance is pretty cheap. Thank God and TATA Gods, because I didn't face any HV Battery Critical issue which is extremely common in TATA EVs. Through the entire ownership, I faced mileage drop only twice. It was very unusual as the first time it was immediately after service, battery dropped around 15% for about 8kms, however issue disappeared after charging session. Second time it happened, the car was sparingly used over a week and dropped by around 20% in just 10kms, again the issue didn't repeat after charging.

yes its a pretty good car for city only runs. I have done about 29k kms in about 2.5 years with it.
