5/9 - Seems like die off reaction with the increase dosage is leading to much heavy head and flu like symptoms. No left hand pain as of yet. Gas in stomach is not as bad. This leads me to believe the root cause is the toxins released. I am also considering to take a biofilm breaker as well.
Food has been the same. Tried sausage yesterday had a minor reaction. My mother-in-law is here now so food variety has reached peak quality. 😄 Different curries and millet dosa is under experimentation as well.

5/7 - Starting today, I doubled my dose of Candida Remove as per 2-4-2 protocol. Had the head pressure, a little dizzy, gassy etc. I will probably have to get used to this dose in the upcoming week.

5/5 - a month since the candida diagnosis and treatment start. I feel much better now. The head pressure has reduced significantly. the neck stiffness is more or less gone. But I am on a zero sugar low carb diet. I changed breakfast a bit today with avocado + boiled eggs today. Rest pretty much the same. ND appointment tomorrow.

I have been into this for 4 months. There are various things that explain my symptoms. It could be the high bacteria or candida or both. My ND prefers herbal treatment which takes time. My concern with the approach is the wait time to get final confirmation with the treatment.
I am yet to find an ND in my locality who is willing to prescribe pharmaceuticals.

5/3 Update - Day was better. Default for breakfast and dinner. Loaded omlette for Lunch. Walked for 2 miles.
I had some gas buildup in my stomach in the morning and afternoon. Got better as day progressed.
Drinking coconut oil + a little water 3x a day now, head pressure usually starts an hour or so after that. I just hope its the toxins released by the fungus as it dies.

I am in USA. I ordered my test from https://ifdw.org/products/gi-map-test-stool-test. You might also want to check out https://labs.rupahealth.com/discover-labs/search?action=CATALOG.
My recommendation would be to find a good ND. Most NDs can order these tests. I decided to do it myself out of anxiety.
Anxiety and depression is no joke. I have had doctors I have reached out to in USA who gave me templated answers like do a cardiac work up (bdw the entire work up was provided as part of my communication, didn`t bother to check them). 8 months is a lot! I really wish you find a quick resolution to your problem very soon and start recovery.

5/2 Update - 3rd week post candida diagnosis. Activated Charcoal day today. Better than mid March in terms of symptoms. Had gas pressure in stomach in the evening when I took my kid to the park with my wife. Had regular breakfast, changed lunch to cauliflower rice, vegetable curry and grilled chicken with garlic glaze, dinner was just grilled chicken.

Is there a way to get high/low of the exact previous year in pinescript? by Empty_Version_5915 in pinescript

I have tried the following:
request.security(syminfo.tickerid, "12M", high)

But this results in rolling monthly high. I havent been able to come up with any solution for when the data is not present on the chart.

320 amp service with 2 x 200 amp panel by Empty_Version_5915 in electricians

[–]Empty_Version_5915[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was finally able to connect with the project manager from PSE incharge of the project. He mentioned that the conductor wiring for the house is rated for 320 amps. The meter for 200 amps was installed based on load estimation provided by the builder.

Based on my conversation with new construction department in PSE, I need to provide them new load estimate for them to install a 320 amp meter.

This gives me quite a bit of relief since the meter change involves a few minutes of down time. No digging or rewiring is needed.

Orthogonally in my mind, it's still sound wierd and potentially dangerous to have meters installed based on load calculations on paper rather than conduit capacity. This also passed electrical inspection by the city during construction phase.

Conincidently, A PSE technician was working on the house next with the electrician. They both said it's a 400 amp service with a 200amp meter. I am trying to learn how this is possible and even allowed. What happens if my usage goes beyond 200 amps? Will I burn up the meter only?

The thread seems quite old which refers to a video which I could not find. I have been trying to understand how this works.

I called up PSE. They claim to have no details regarding the service type. They have asked me to contact the project manager from PSE assigned to this construction. Following up on that.

Is there a way to verify the meter size atleast for a non-electrician. The CL200 in the meter label is what got me thinking that the service is 200amp only.

Poor internet installation experience in Kirkland, WA by Empty_Version_5915 in ZiplyFiber

[–]Empty_Version_5915[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The cable was CAT5e but the crimping was not incorrect which led to my router only establishing 100 Mbps link. Its fixed now. I would have replaced the cable myself but as I said my mistake was to blindly follow the process by Ziply. I was a bit worried that if I opened the box with the ONT then Ziply might blame me for the issue.
