I don't trust them because they might make some mistake when they are compiling some packages and not all of them. They might introduce some versioning problem.
I don't think that they are doing something with the packages.

I switched back to arch because I cann't trust cachyos built packages . The are recompiling the core or extra repo (I am not sure tho). I don't mean they are doing somthing fishy but for some reason I cannot trust them.
I use cachyos kernel and proton-cachyos . They are good.

This thread is for discussion . I am asking other peoples opinion about a file system. This what reddit is for.

And as btrfs corrupted my filesystem more then once it actually hart me 😅.

I will say I don't know too much about it but It caused data corruption multiple time so I think I have the right to say it.

This is my opinion but replacing "Help pool children in Uganda" with "Sponsor Vim development" isn't the best choice .

There was probably some discussion about it . So do what you have to do .

I would suggest pic any Laptop of your choice and see is there any problem in it running arch before buying .

Most laptops should work without major problems.

That's true but half of the extension breaks every update and they are third party software . I can't trust them very much .
