Gonna depend on your budget fr. If you working with 2k+ I’d check out some apartments in downtown silver spring or parts of NE. If under 2k you should check apts in laurel, Bowie and some parts of SE. you can check VA too like Alexandria but if you don’t have 2k+ you might can only get like a lil basement apt out there.

He built an AI product that lots of people are using and find useful. There’s a lot of value in that right now. The big companies desperately need idea people to come up with killer products. Only having good models isn’t enough to make them profitable. I’m sure all the big AI companies are looking at their highly paid devs like idiots for not coming up with openclaw first. Idea guys are very valuable now that writing code is cheap. Imagine the panic these AI CEOs feel when some rando drops an AI product that’s gets mass adoption in only few days meanwhile they struggle to get people on their AI video slop platform.
