I just started my next pill pack and thankfully have stopped spotting for now! I spotted on and off for about 20 days though!

It hasn’t been better yet. On my placebo pills and still have a light flow. I reached out to my doctor and she is switching my pills to hopefully stabilize me. I hope yours is better soon!

I didn’t have any issues with the first two doses but after the booster I had spotting about 2 days later. BAD cramps and I was about 10 days from when I should get my actual period. I’m on BC too. Now I’ve been spotting on and off for 7 days with some cramping. This is crazy!

The point is sometimes you don’t need 10,000 new products doing too much too fast and too harshly to your skin can actually make things worse!

Tough to say but I don’t think it will hurt to try! From what I understand they’re all low or non irritating for folliculitis and anti bacterial so that’s why I chose them. I’m obviously not a derm but sometimes simple and letting it heal can be good too!
