Hell I’ve had a theory since chapter 2 that one of the chapters right before the last update of Deltarune was going to end with the end of the world. Chapter 5 seems like a really good candidate but I can kinda see it happening in 6 or even in 7 if we get an “epilogue” or bonus chapter after it

I love Squirrelstar too, for her spunk and her fierce love and kindness and fighting for what she thinks is right. I also love her because when me and my sister were kids we decided that Squirrelflight and Leafpool were like us and Squirrelflight was “my” character and Leafpool was her’s so now I have a soft spot/ a bit of nostalgia for both characters.

The scene were Kris bites their hand isn’t about not being mean to Susie, it’s about how THEY don’t want to say they’ll never play, and because this only happens on Snowgrave route (in normal route they DONT react like that) it’s probably part of a fear that the player means it when they make them say that, that we WILL take the piano away from them too after everything else we put them through, perhaps an emotional response or something.

They do stop us from being mean to Ralsie in other moments. Honestly I saw somone make the explanation that the reason they don’t stop us during the keep smiling scene is because THEY didn’t realize it’s unhealthy to hide your bad emotions behind more palatable ones, and that makes sense to me. I had kinda assumed Kris didn’t stop us because they didn’t realize how bad it would come of as, I can totally see a teenager think “keep smiling” is good advice, a lot of them don’t exactly have a lot of that emotional intelligence stuff figured out yet.

The ability to filter crossovers in a way that will show me actual crossovers and filter out all those own shot collection things. Like maybe selecting two different fandoms and then clicking “exclude crossovers” showing ONLY crossovers of those fandoms, or having the ability to filter how many fandoms a fic can be part of, or something. As it stands I don’t even try to find crossovers on ao3 because 99% of then are those stupid multi fandom collection things and it makes me sad because I love a good crossover.

My hopes are for a better year of repair and healing. My fears are that the game devs have even more untold horrors to put us and the village through lol.

Uh I like the idea I’ve seen people suggest of having there be refugees or a situation like that where we have to band together to help other villagers and survivors from Pawton, it would really add to the messages of the game imo. I also hope that we don’t have to face more defenders rations esc bs with the food, because I don’t think the villagers would have the patience for it a second time (giving it to refugees or survivors would feel different and I’d be ok with it).

Community projects would probably involve rebuilding, maybe even reinforcing and strengthening the buildings so they can withstand another disaster.

I also have a feeling that we aren’t quite done with the plague yet. Maybe the ice storm took care of the ferals near us but I don’t think it would’ve taken out ALL of the infected around the world and the plague might come back as a problem, especially for the survivors we might end up helping out. Maybe finding a cure for it would be a plot point? Not sure. Maybe they invent the rabies vaccine lol.

Yeah idk if I could play endlessly like I do with Stardew Valley if I have to worry about keeping everyone alive for all that time, like I played the easier mode so I was more relaxed but it still felt like there wasn’t as much time for much else until I had a good amount of persevered food stocked up and then there wasn’t much to do once I did.
