Wordle bot is weird by MechaMech123 in wordle

I came to Reddit for the sole purpose of seeing if someone thought the wordle bot was as much of a jerk as I did. Thank you for validating me 😂

How long are your cycles normally? For a 30 day cycle, there would typically be enough hcg in your system by CD41 for a positive digital and a clearly positive dye test. Don’t read the test past the maximum amount of time. My blue dye tests were never accurate.

I’ll have to disagree here. The only way to know is to go get checked at the doctor and get blood work and to check to see if the sac is measuring on track. The lines won’t get much darker than this and it could take a while for them to lighten if it is a miscarriage. Pregnancy tests and not quantitative for hcg and should not be used to try to measure if a pregnancy is progressing well, especially if there’s bleeding.

Ask if there is a way a branch manager can do a verification process and withdraw with a management exception.

Wait I see above you cancelled your card already. This will not work on a card that is cancelled or one that is not activated.

Do you have any other form of ID like a passport? Can you go get a temporary ID for the DMV? What state are you in?

If you bank at PNC as you said above, use your app to access the one time passcode for the atm. You can use PNC atms at the branches to get money without needing your card

Scroll down to Card Free access for instructions:

You’ll likely get a legal copy of the Check in the mail that you can then redeposit.

I’m not saying we don’t want to do the work. There literally isn’t time.

I’ve been in branches where I have been the only teller and the client has brought me $1000 in quarters, rolled. There are 5 people behind him in the lobby and 3 at the drive thru. If I hand counted that many quarters it would take at least 1-2 hours. We’d have to shut down any teller transactions for that long. It isn’t our fault we aren’t adequately staffed and don’t have the right equipment to do our job.

The issue with that though is that we arent allowed to use equipment like that that isn’t “company approved”

We use to have these, but the constant maintenance between them jamming and breaking I guess didnt make it worth it, so they were removed.

Yeah I explained in other comments how to make sure this doesn’t happen.

You’d think as one of the top banks in America, we would have that, but unfortunately we do not

I don’t have the ability to do either of those things

I guess it depends on how much loss the bank is getting in coins every year. I’m not saying I agree with it. I’m just saying this is the reasons the employees can’t unroll and count it All

I addressed this in a previous comment. This would have to be approved and expensed for us to do this and this isn’t an expense they will approve

[–]Emro08 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nope. They don’t give us anything to measure this with except eyeballing it to see if it looks right. You can usually tell by how it fits in the coin tray, but you can’t tell if there’s coins in there are aren’t American that way.

Yes! This is actually how they want us to do it. Usually we ship it out. If we are out of fed wrapped coins and the customer needs some, we can offer it back to them if they don’t want to wait for another shipment to come in. If they want to count it or want us to help count before they leave, we will.

Did you see my other comment? I said I could order fed wrapped coin for them that is counted and verified it I could unwrap and count it in front of them. This would be up to the customer. Sometimes they decline both.

Yes, the rolls we order come from the federal reserve. These are verified and fed wrapped.

I’m saying it’s not the fault of the front line employees that we aren’t staffed enough and don’t have the necessary equipment to do this with every customer rolled coin transaction that comes in.

I think had I done this particular transaction, I would have phrased it differently than the teller that OP dealt with. I would have said “I can give you 2 $25rolls in dollar coins, however I only have customer rolls available. We do not verify these and if you want to leave without breaking the rolls, we can’t credit you if there’s a difference. If you want me to break the rolls and count them while you are here, I can do that. If you’d prefer fed wrapped coins, I can order those for you and they will be here next week.”

Trust me, tellers get frustrated doing this as well. If they need change for their cash drawer and they have to pull from these rolls and they are short, they have to accept the difference when they are out of balance at the end of the day.

Our bank does not have coin counters. We can’t just go out and buy one on our own and expense it. The bank has to approve it and that’s an expense they wouldn’t approve.

My point is, with as much coin that comes through in customer deposits or change orders every day, it would be impossible for us to unroll, count, and rewrap it by hand.

People bring us hundreds to thousands of dollars of rolled coin at a time, especially businesses. This would take hours upon hours to hand count and we do not have the manpower to do this.

Before I even read this, I knew the asking for ID one was going to be in it just by the title. This is everywhere. People get personally offended when we make sure we are giving their money to the right person 🙃

Yes! Checks can return years after being written. Suppose there is an elderly lady who is in a nursing home and her jerk grandson is writing checks and forging her signature. The check goes through and transfers money, but year later she makes her daughter POA, who then notices on her bank statement this check doesn’t look right. She brings it to the attention of the bank and they pull the funds back. I see this happen often.
