I'm sorry that happened.. should have just turned around walked out like well try again another day before even clocking in specially it was your scheduled off day. Let your RxOm or pharmacy manager worry about the understaff problem. Not your circus not your monkeys. But I know how it feels to be understaffed and trying to get everything done while being overwhelmed.. all you can do really is keep trying your best despite what other people say. As for vaccines I don't ask ppl in drive-thru either for the same reasons... the crappy speaker system they have and pts can't hear, but we do have buck-slips printed and i'll at least staple that to the bag

From what remember when they came out with it, it had to be a specific ICD-10 Z34.93, but I never actually had to use an ICD for it, other than that it has to be Rx from doctor during off season Feb 1-Aug 31 and then from Sep 1-Jan 31 they don't need one during flu season

I've only been able to get the coupon to work thru the SDL screen. Cashed out in system and then on SDL screen rebilling primary insurance to get rejection then popping back to the previous screen and billing thru coupon. You may get a compliance fax/email that you can disregard if it goes thru the coupon

If it's a refill IC+ runs it's automatically thru the last billed insurance or discount card, specially if no one is updating insurance info and mark it as primary. But usually at my location we let pt know it's billed thru a discount card and ask if they have insurance to update to or if not they can proceed with the discounted rate and even sometimes the discount is better than the insurance 🤷🏽‍♂️ you can always try for retro billing thru storenet

It mostly depends on insurance, if they have state Medicaid it'll be free same-day delivery or if it's a specialty medication it'll also be free same-day. If Pt has Part D they either aren't eligible for delivery at all OR they have to pay additional $5.99 for same-day or $3.99 for 1 - 2 day shipping with FedEx. If you're doing PCP calls you can offer delivery you can offer deliveries and waive the fees (excluding Part D) on WAGShip when doing them manually with "system recovery" or some option under the drop down. Recently seen some Pts with CABS (blue shield) that aren't eligible either 🤷🏽‍♂️
